Cupcake Boot Camp

Have your cake and eat it, too! Make several varieties of delicious cupcakes, and bring them home to impress your friends and family. We will teach you fun, easy ways to decorate them, too. Lunch will be served during class.

  • Lavender Cupcakes with White Chocolate-Lemon Ganache and Candied Lavender
  • Devil's Food Cupcake with Roasted Banana Buttercream and Dulce de Leche
  • Rhubarb Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Classic Coconut Cupcakes with Italian Meringue.

Skills Covered in Class Include:

  • Understanding Baking Ingredients
  • Mixing Batters
  • Determining Cake Doneness
  • Whipping Egg Whites
  • Preparing Buttercream
  • Working with Rhubarb
  • Selecting and Working with Chocolate
  • Spreading and Piping Frostings

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
