Mango Relish

This sweet sauce cools off the palate when eating spicy food, like our Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Start to Finish: 45 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into medium dice
    • Lime juice to taste
    • 1/2 medium red onion, cut into medium dice
    • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 seedless cucumber, cut into medium dice
    • 2 tablespoons, fresh mint, rough chopped
    • 1 jalapeno, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, rough chopped
    • Zest of 1 lime
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    1. Combine all of the ingredients for the relish.

    2. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
