Active Time: 15 minutes
Start to Finish: 15 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups multigrain, rye, sourdough or French bread, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, rough chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter is frothy, toss in the bread cubes and cook, tossing frequently, until the bread is just starting to become golden brown.

    2. Remove from the heat and toss in the garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and allow to cool a bit before using.
