Valentine's Day Classes 2020

Why celebrate your loved one with an overpriced meal in a busy restaurant? Do something different this Valentine's Day! A cooking class is fun yet educational and will create memories with your sweetheart. Plus, you get a delicious meal! We have hands-on classes for those couples who want to cook a romantic meal together as well as a sparkling wine class that features all wine that bubbles.

Hands-On Valentine's Feast: Midnight in Paris 

  • Endive-Apple Salad with Walnuts and Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Crab Florentine au Gratin with Gruyere Cheese
  • Sole Meunière (Sautéed Sole with Brown Butter-Lemon Sauce) with Pomme Duchess
  • Sautéed Haricot Verts with Almonds and Tarragon
  • Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème
