For this recipe you’ll need:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
Add the cold butter, and pulse until the mixture looks crumbly. Pulse in the grated cheeses.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, and stir in the buttermilk and chives just until combined.
Use a large scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared sheet tray. Brush the tops with the melted butter.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
