Marshmallow Frosting

This frosting is a perfect pair with chocolate desserts.

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup marshmallow cream such as Marshmallow Fluff

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

    1. In a large bowl measure together the butter, powdered sugar, marshmallow cream and vanilla bean paste. Using an electric mixer, beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
