For this recipe you’ll need:
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons pecans
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 eggs
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 small wheel of brie cheese
Your favorite seasonal preserves
Crackers or bread
Preheat the oven to 400º.
To prepare the nut crust, place the pistachios, almonds, pecans and sesame seeds in a food processor, and blend until finely chopped. Transfer the nut mixture to a shallow bowl.
Mix the eggs and heavy cream together in a shallow dish. Dip the brie into the egg mixture, and then press it in the nuts to coat all over. Set the brie on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
Bake until the nuts are toasted and the brie is warmed through, about 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite seasonal preserves, and crackers or bread.
