Active Time: 10 minutes
Start to Finish: 10 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 2 eggs
    1 tablespoon milk
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tablespoon butter

Assorted ingredients to fill your omelet such as:
    Diced ham
    Cooked sausage
    Sauteed green or red peppers
    Steamed broccoli florets
    Sauteed zucchini
    Sauteed spinach
    Diced tomatoes
    Avocadoes
    Feta cheese
    Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated

      1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

      2. Heat a small nonstick sauté pan over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to foam up.

      3. Add your whisked eggs to the pan and cook, stirring, until they start to set up.

      4. Once the eggs start to set up, stop stirring and sprinkle your fillings of choice across the middle of the omelet.

      5. Fold the omelet in thirds and carefully transfer to a plate, seam side down.
