Wellness Boot Camp

Change your outlook on cooking and nutrition to achieve long term, healthy lifestyle goals. With pre-planning tips and basic techniques, Chopping Block chef and nutritionist, JC White, will give you the tools and knowhow needed to create filling and delicious meals designed to support the best nutritional practices.

You'll explore what healthy eating really means, and how a few tricks of the trade will help you create the bold flavors we all crave in a health-conscious way. With a focus on simple preparations using whole food ingredients such as vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains and lean protein, this class will inspire you to make healthy eating a consistent pattern in your life. We'll show you just how simple the transition can be!

The Matcha-Cashew Latte and Sweet Potato-Ginger Snaps will be served upon arrival.

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
