Southern Brunch

Enjoy a morning full of delicious Southern brunch specialties. This class includes a full meal, so come hungry.

Menu:

  • Beignets
  • Eggs Sardu (Poached Eggs with Artichokes, Spinach and Hollandaise Sauce)
  • Shrimp and Grits
  • Banana Whiskey Bread Pudding

Skills Covered in Class Include:

  • Making Yeast-Risen Dough
  • Deep-Frying
  • Poaching Eggs
  • Preparing Hot Emulsion Sauces
  • Selecting and Sauteing Shrimp
  • Determining Shellfish Doneness
  • Baking Custard

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
