Tapas Party

Have fun while cooking an assortment of authentic Spanish small-plate snacks.

Menu:

  • Bacon-Wrapped Chorizo Stuffed Dates
  • Black Bean and Cilantro Empanadas
  • Baked Goat Cheese in Tomato Sauce
  • Shrimp and Mussel Paella

Skills Covered in Class Include:

  • Getting Familiar with Spanish Ingredients
  • Stuffing and Wrapping Dates
  • Making Bean Filings
  • Roasting Peppers
  • Preparing Empanada Dough
  • Making Tomato Sauce
  • Selecting Shellfish
  • Determining Shellfish Doneness
  • Working with Arborio Rice and Saffron

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
