Using classic French techniques with a modern approach, our chef will guide you through the art and science of creating professional, show-stopping desserts made approachable for the home baker. Students will prepare three stunning, bakery-worthy desserts while mastering the role of baking ingredients, cake mixing, custards, caramel, chocolate work, gelatin, pastry cream and more.

You’ll learn how to frost and pipe like a pro, cook sugar to the perfect stage, fold whipped components for light texture, prepare flaky pastry dough, and confidently work with chocolate and ganache. By the end of class, you’ll leave with refined skills, professional techniques and beautiful desserts worthy of any celebration.
