Cold Pressed Juice - Is it Worth It?

I recently started cold press juicing and with all the wonderful benefits I have experienced, I thought I would share why I think it is worth the hype.

Cold pressed juice is made by pressing fruits and vegetables into a pulp to extract juice. This preserves up to five times more nutritional content than traditional juicing methods. Cold pressed juices are also free from any added preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or colors. The high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals found in cold-pressed juice helps to boost immunity, promote detoxification, improve digestion, and enhance skin health.

One of the most notable advantages of this juice is that it is made through a unique process that retains vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that are often lost. The absence of heat and oxidation in the cold pressing process helps to preserve the nutritional content of the fruits and vegetables used in making the juice. This means that you can enjoy a tasty, thirst-quenching drink that is also incredibly good for your body. By drinking cold pressed juice regularly, you can improve your immune system, detoxify your body, balance your pH levels, and improve your skin health.

Not only is it an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, but it's also delicious. Instead of having to eat large portions of produce, you can simply enjoy a glass of cold pressed juice. Whether you're looking for an easy way to add more nutrients to your diet or just want a refreshing drink, cold pressed juice is a great choice.

With so many different fruits and vegetables available, there are endless flavor combinations to suit everyone's taste buds. Not only does it taste great, but it is also an excellent way to increase your daily intake of vitamins and minerals without added sugars or preservatives. It's a simple addition to your daily routine that can have a significant impact on your overall health and wellbeing.

The only downside of a cold press juicer is the price. It is definitely an investment, but you can find these juices at so many stores nowadays.

Here are some of my favorite cold pressed juices I make at home:

  • Carrot, orange, ginger, and turmeric
  • Apple, celery, cucumber, kiwi, lemon, ginger
  • Beet, apple, ginger, lemon
