Hummus is such a versatile item to meal prep and this garlic-packed version is absolutely delicious! Hummus is the perfect vegetarian snack to dip with veggies, pita chips, or a creamy spread to use on wraps and sandwiches. This is a fantastic meal prep item because all of the work is done in one batch and it can be stored for at least a week in your fridge to enjoy whenever your heart desires.
Did you know how easy it was to make hummus? Chances are that you might already have everything in your pantry! Hummus is also versatile in terms of your flavor preferences. Mix it up and add your favorite herbs or vegetables like olives or red peppers - but I promise if you love garlic like I do, you will become obsessed with this one! We also utilize the liquid from the canned chickpeas for this recipe which helps obtain the creamy texture - it’s called aquafaba.
