For this recipe you’ll need:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  4. Blend in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix until just combined.
  6. Add the oats and raisins, and mix until just blended.
  7. Using a medium scoop, scoop the batter onto parchment-lined sheet trays and bake until the cookies are pale golden brown around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
