A Look at Culinary Boot Camp 1


Culinary Boot Camp a La Carte

We are now serving up our Culinary Boot Camp classes a la carte! Each day-long class features the same essential techniques from our popular week-long series, but you have the flexibility of taking the classes at your convenience.

Attend the first four classes in any order and over any time frame. There's just one exception. In order to sign up for Day 5, you will need to have taken classes 1 through 4 as pre-requisites. Pick the sessions that work with your schedule and choose only the classes that are important to your personal culinary development.

Any way you choose to take our Culinary Boot Camp, you can be sure our professional Chef Instructors will explore the fundamental methods of cooking, from basics to advanced techniques. 

  • Day 1: Knife Skills, Fish Butchery, Emulsions and Fish Cookery
  • Day 2: Chicken and Beef Butchery, Stocks and Meat Cookery
  • Day 3: Soups and Sauces
  • Day 4: Eggs, Vegetables and Grains
  • Day 5: Flavor Dynamics, Plating and Honing Your Skills
