Gluten-Free Breads Boot Camp

There's no reason why freshly baked bread can't be a part of your life. Learn everything you need to know about the wide world of gluten-free grains, as we teach you how to make a wide array of delicious and satisfying breads.

  • Lemon-Poppy Seed Bread
  • Oat Pancakes with Blueberries and Ginger-Steeped Maple Syrup
  • Traditional Potato Sandwich Loaf
  • Sprouted Seed Bread with Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia and Hemp Seeds
  • Everything Bagels with Lox, Cream Cheese, Tomatoes and Capers

Skills Covered in Class Include:

  • Working with yeast and gluten-free flours
  • Preparing gluten-free dough
  • Rolling and shaping dough
  • Working with sprouted seeds
  • Determining doneness in baked goods
  • Griddling
  • Selecting potatoes

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.

Please note we do not currently have any Gluten-Free Breads Boot Camp classes scheduled. 

*A non-refundable 10% fee is applied for the operational and administrative costs incurred by TCB on all cooking classes.
