Gluten-Free Breads Boot Camp

There's no reason why freshly baked bread can't be a part of your life. Learn everything you need to know about the wide world of gluten-free grains, as we teach you how to make a wide array of delicious and satisfying breads.

  • Multigrain Bread with Oats and Fennel Seeds
  • No-Roll Quiche Crust with Kale Pesto, Sausage and Smoked Mozzarella Filling
  • Parmesan and Rosemary Bread Sticks with Roasted Garlic Oil
  • Kolaczki Cookies with Raspberry and Fig Jam
  • Warm Spiced Carrot Bread

  • Working with Yeast and Gluten-Free Flours
  • Preparing Gluten-Free Dough
  • Rolling and Shaping Dough
  • Determining Doneness in Baked Goods
  • Preparing Pesto
  • Working with Dark Leafy Greens, Herbs and Spices
  • Roasting Garlic

1-week cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
