Tomato, Peach and Basil Salad

For this recipe you’ll need:

3 vine-ripe or heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges

2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges

1/4 cup basil leaves, torn into small pieces

Balsamic vinegar to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a serving bowl, and allow to sit for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
