Cupcake Boot Camp

Have your cake and eat it, too! Make several varieties of delicious cupcakes, and bring them home to impress your friends and family. We will teach you fun, easy ways to decorate them, too. Lunch will be served during class.

  • Caramel Apple Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Buttercream and Salty Caramel Drizzle
  • Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ganache Filling and Peanut Butter Buttercream
  • Tiramisu Cupcakes with Mascarpone Filling and Vanilla Buttercream
  • Sweet Potato Cupcakes with Marshmallow Frosting and Toasted Marshmallows 

Skills Covered in Class Include:

  • Understanding baking ingredients 
  • Mixing batters 
  • Determining cake doneness 
  • Filling cupcakes 
  • Preparing caramel sauce 
  • Working with spices 
  • Selecting and working with chocolate 
  • Working with frostings

3-day  cancellation policy. Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
