Active Time: 20 minutes
Start to Finish: 2 hours, 20 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into large dice, seeds removed

  • 1 sweet apple such as honey crisp or gala, peeled and cut into large dice

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries

  • 1 celery stalk, medium dice

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and rough chopped

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur

  • Salt and pepper to taste

      1. In a food processor place the orange, apples, cranberries and celery. Process until finely chopped. Be sure not to over process; this will result in a mushy consistency.

      2. Stir in the walnuts, sugar, orange liqueur, salt and pepper.

      3. Allow for the flavors to blend, refrigerated, for at least 2 hours.
