Herb Croutons

These flavorful homemade croutons are a tasty addition to any salad or soups, like our Cream of Broccoli Soup or Fresh Tomato, Cucumber and Herb Gazpacho.

For this recipe you’ll need:


  • 4 cups French, Italian, sourdough or multigrain bread, cut into large dice
  • 1/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, rough chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
      1. Preheat the oven to 375º.

      2. Toss the bread with the butter, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.

      3. Spread out on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake until the croutons are golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes.
