Horseradish Sauce

This sauce goes perfectly with our Roast Prime Rib au Jus or any beef.

For this recipe you’ll need:

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
• 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon Worchesterchire sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste
