Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Chili Powder and Parmesan

For this recipe you’ll need:
3 medium-size sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Place the sweet potato wedges on a sheet tray, and toss with the grapeseed oil, chili powder and salt to taste.
Roast the potatoes until they are golden brown and knife tender, 35 to 40 minutes.
Transfer to a platter, and top with the grated parmesan.
