Spicy Tuna

Enjoy this as a flavorful filling for a maki roll or tamaki.

For this recipe you’ll need:

      • 1 pound tuna scrapings or diced tuna pieces
      • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
      • 2 teaspoons sambal
      • 1/2 teaspoon salt
      • 1 tablespoon scallions, sliced
      • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
    1. Mix all ingredients together and adjust seasonings to taste. Enjoy in a maki roll or tamaki.

Note: 

You can use sesame oil or sesame chili oil instead of sesame seeds for a different flavor and texture. Fold a spoonful of tobiko into your spicy tuna for extra flavor!
