For this recipe you’ll need:
1 seedless cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Sambal to taste
Mix together the sliced cucumber with the salt, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and sambal.
Mix well and allow to marinate for about 20 minutes before serving.
