Remoulade

Remoulade makes a great dip for shrimp and fried oysters. Try it as a spread on fish or chicken sandwiches, too!

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon capers, rough chopped
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    5 cornichons, rough chopped
    1 teaspoon Tabasco or more if desired
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon fresh parsley, rough chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
      1. Mix together all ingredients, seasoning to taste. 

      2. Chill until ready to serve.
