Fruit Salsa

This fresh fruit salsa goes well with fish, chicken, pork or just some plain tortilla chips.

Start to Finish: 1 hour, 15 minutes

For this recipe you’ll need:

  • 2 cups fresh fruit, cleaned and finely diced (pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries, melon, orange, grapefruit, or a combination)
  • 1/3 cup red onion, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, finely minced
  • 1 lime, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, rough chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
    1. Toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lime juice.

    2. Allow to sit for one hour before serving.
