For this recipe you’ll need:
6 cups chicken stock
1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 bunch watercress, cleaned, large stems removed
Salt to taste
Heat the stock until it just comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and add the soy sauce, vinegar and Shrimp and Ginger Wontons. Cook until the wontons are firm, 5 to 7 minutes (slightly longer if wontons are frozen).
Add the watercress, salt to taste and serve.
