Sweet and Salty Pecans
These nuts are a great addition to any salad or just on their own as a snack.Yield: 1 cup

Start to Finish: 35 minutes
For this recipe you’ll need:
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the nuts and boil for 30 seconds. Drain and transfer to a small bowl.
Toss the blanched nuts with the sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon and honey. Mix well and transfer to a parchment-lined sheet tray.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until the nuts are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
