Grilling Classes

It's time to fire up our outdoor grilling patio at Lincoln Square for the summer. Here are our current grilling class options. For a more intense grilling experience, learn more about our Grilling Boot Camp.

Grilling classes are limited to 10 guests in order to practice social distancing. Please note all of the following are demonstration classes. 

 

Date Night on the Patio: Fall Menu

  • Kale Salad with Grill-Roasted Beets, Toasted Walnuts, Shaved Parmesan and Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Bourbon-Glazed Cedar-Planked Salmon
  • Rosemary and Garlic Grill-Roasted Hasselback Sweet Potatoes
  • Wood-Fired Pumpkin-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Fireside Feast on the Patio

  • Pear and Blue Cheese Grilled Flatbread
  • Smoked Pork Loin with Apple-Onion Chutney
  • Grilled Brussels Sprout Salad with Toasted Almonds
  • Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Maple Glaze

Steakhouse on the Patio

  • Grilled Shrimp Cocktail with Spicy Cocktail Sauce

  • Grilled Seasonal Fruit a la Mode with Bourbon-Butter Sauce

Thanksgiving on the Grill

  • Brined and Smoked Turkey Breast with Ginger-Orange Cranberry Sauce
  • Balsamic and Butter-Glazed Grilled Acorn Squash with Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Toasted Hazelnuts
  • Barbecue Baked Sour Cream-Chive Drop Biscuits
  • Wood-Fired Apple-Cinnamon Swirl Bread Pudding

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.

 

*A non-refundable 10% fee is applied for the operational and administrative costs incurred by TCB on all cooking classes.
