Grilling Classes

It's time to fire up our outdoor grilling patio at Lincoln Square for the summer. Here are our current grilling class options. For a more intense grilling experience, learn more about our Grilling Boot Camp.

Grilling classes are currently limited in enrollment so that we can practice social distancing.  

 

Steakhouse Demo on the Patio: Fall Menu

  • Grilled Brussels Sprouts Salad with Apples, Almonds and Balsamic
  • Grilled Strip Steaks with Herb Compound Butter
  • Twice-Baked Potatoes on the Grill
  • Wood-Fired Apple-Cranberry Crisp with Whipped Cream

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.

 

*A non-refundable 10% fee is applied for the operational and administrative costs incurred by TCB on all cooking classes.
