Grilling Classes

It's time to fire up our outdoor grilling patio at Lincoln Square for the summer. Here are our current grilling class options. For a more intense grilling experience, learn more about our Grilling Boot Camp.

Grilling classes are limited to 10 guests for demonstrations and 8 guests for hands-on classes in order to practice social distancing.  


Rendezvous under the Stars Demo on the Patio

  • Prosciutto-Wrapped Grilled Asparagus with Toasted Breadcrumbs

  • Grilled Baby Octopus with Charred Lemons and Radicchio

  • Grilled Oranges with Whipped Mascarpone and Honey-Mint Syrup

Grilling classes take place outdoors on our patio. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors.


*A non-refundable 10% fee is applied for the operational and administrative costs incurred by TCB on all cooking classes.
