Lukas wants to see more people share and cook great food. His experience in culinary arts started early whipping up killer subs and hoagies in high school. When he's not cooking or marinating his next meat dish, you can find him biking or rolling around town on his skateboard, enjoying craft beer with friends or pitching a startup. He has recently moved to Chicago and joined The Chopping Block as a Class Assistant.
