Christie comes from a technical background, but food is her hobby and passion. Her major culinary influences come from the South, where she grew up, the Midwest, where she currently lives, and Italy, where she has lived and returns often with her husband from Parma. She enjoys hearing about students’ unique food experiences and learning from her talented coworkers.
