Born and raised in Chicago, Amanda has been fortunate enough to be surrounded by wonderful food and people her entire life. She would consider herself spoiled by the family cooking and authentic Chicago hot dogs she has been able to enjoy on a consistent basis. An alum of Depaul University and beginning her career in wedding planning, she always had a passion for giving people an experience of a lifetime. Aside from spending her time working, you can find her spending time with her dog, Maggie, going to country concerts or fantasizing about being somewhere warm with a blended fruity drink in her hand!
