After working for 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Theresa Romanenghi is now a Retail Associate at The Chopping Block because of her love to cook. She is one of the newest members of The Chopping Block family but firmly believes in our commitment to get people to cook. Originally born and raised in Chicago, Theresa moved to San Diego where she lived for 30 years, graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in English and raised a family while working for Qualcomm and Texas Instruments. Theresa’s family is important to her, so when her daughter’s family moved to Chicago, she was quick to follow. She has five grandchildren, two in Chicago and three in San Diego. Theresa enjoys learning about food from other cultures and has traveled to 28 countries in search of the greatest meal on Earth.
