Henry joined the Chopping Block team in 2026. He is a Kansas City native who grew up cooking with his grandmas and making dinners for his family. More recently, Henry worked in kitchens through college, and developed a passion for wine. After graduating, he moved to Portland, Oregon where he worked in wine production and wine retail. He moved to Chicago three years ago, and has continued his career in the wine industry selling premium Italian wines throughout Chicago.
