Lindsey’s passion for cooking began at an early age, making traditional holiday recipes with her mom and Sunday brunch with her dad. She graduated from Illinois State University and joined The Chopping Block team, bringing a background in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her mission is inspiring others through food to optimize quality of life. She has experience in recipe development, has practiced organic farming, and simply enjoys being around great people and food! When she’s not in the kitchen, Lindsey loves to dance, practice yoga, attend concerts, and travel.
