Tim is a Chicagoland native who joined The Chopping Block as a Class Assistant in the summer of 2025. Tim has always had a passion for food and cooking, growing up in an Italian-American household where a homemade dinner was a non-negotiable every night. Despite having never attended culinary school, he's built his skills through The Chopping Block Culinary Boot Camp, adult education courses, independent research, and home cooking experience. When not at The Chopping Block Tim works as a pizza cook and sells small batch baked goods locally. He has a passion for helping people build confidence in the kitchen, fulfilling his ultimate goal: get people to cook.
