Sean

Sean
Sean's interest in food and cooking started at a young age. He grew up on a farm north of Louisville, Kentucky and spent many years milking goats, gathering eggs and working in the family garden. He grew to love cooking, and learned how to turn those ingredients into cheeses, canned goods and rustic dinners. He misses the country and the fresh ingredients, but loves the diverse cuisine and vibrant life of Chicago. In his spare time, he makes music, writes fiction and works toward his degree in Economics.
