Emily is a member of The Chopping Block's retail team. She is also a part-time student studying Nutrition and Dietetics at Dominican University in River Forest were she spent the summer transforming Dominican's greenhouse into a functioning hydroponic system. She grew up in her grandfather's bakery which is where the foundation of her passion for food and helping others began. When Emily is not at working or at school, she enjoys hanging out with her husky Ash, kayaking and is hoping to travel to all 50 states to mark off her bucket list.
